- 2 (6 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, butterflied or pounded thin
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- butter
- 2 toasted buns, split
Firstly preheat grill pan over a high heat on top of your stove.
Dredge the chicken in Cajun seasoning.
Place a little butter in grill pan and place seasoned chicken breasts in grill pan.
Keep cooking until the seasoning tuns black, then turn and cook until finished.
Serve on bun of choice with your favorite toppings.
