- 1 whole chicken or 3 lbs. parts
- 1 lg. onion, sliced thin
- 3 cloves garlic (optional)
- 1 tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 3 c. soy sauce
- 4 c. white vinegar
Start by cutting the chicken if your using a whole chicken.
Mix together the lemon pepper,vinegar, soy sauce, onion slices, minced garlic,, and poultry seasoning.
Add your chicken its that easy. Marinate for at least 4 hours at room temperature or in refrigerator overnight.
